At Look Aura, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • In original packaging with all tags attached.

• Items not eligible for return:

  • Coupon code products
    

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for size issues or defective products.

• If the required size is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item

• If you receive a defective or wrong or torn products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.

• We will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund.
